Lambert is geboren in Buin, Boungainville. Hij ging naar St. Joseph's High School in Kieta en studeerde aan St Augustine's College in Australië van 1991 t/m 1996. Nu is hij Commander bij Bougainville Police Service vanaf 2005.
Hij heeft na 1988 nog een keer alleen Nederland bezocht in 1997.
